why do I needed to update my browser I donot like windows 10
I was able look look at records now I can not unless I update to a new browser when you updated site you should have left where all browser could still use site

Windows 10 is not a browser; Windows 10 is an operating system (OS). From your post, I don't know which browser you have been using. If you have been using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), Microsoft is no longer supporting it, and I believe that Family Search is ending its support for it also.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, you don't need to update your OS. You can just use them, and they have been supported for a long time (and are superior to MS IE, IMHO.)
So, if you have been using IE for your browser, I would recommend downloading Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and you can use one of those WITHOUT upgrading to Windows 10. -

There is also an issue if you are using Family Tree Maker to access FamilySearch. It apparently uses internet Explorer internally and so you always get the message even if your browser is something else. I do not use it so cannot provide any suggestions for resolving.
