Product Marketing Categories

How come I can not assign product marketing categories to any of my merchandise. When you go to my fan page is says "no products availabe" until you select a category. I do not want to add any more products or market my page until this issue is resolved.

  • Hey Joey!

Few things... 1.) I logged into your account and did not see anything setup under the F-Commerce app except for 136 different Payment Profiles. I'm not sure if that was intentional or not? The F-Commerce app has a Top to Bottom workflow. You need to first enter in your Payment Profile information, the work your way down from there... Merchant Profiles to Catalog to Category to Products, etc... The reason why you are seeing the error, "no products available" is because no products have been entered into the system. And that can't be done until the other sections above are filled out correctly.

2.) I noticed you have also setup a Business Page using our Page Builder app. Just note... when using the FREE version of Fanpage Toolkit, you are only able to have one app running at any one given time on your Facebook page. If you want to have multiple apps running at the same time, you will need to go with a paid plan.

Also note... we are having a FREE product training webinar on Thursday night, in case you're interested. The webinar information is on our Facebook page wall.

If you have any further question, please let me know?

    Thanks!
    Joel
