2 less biodiesel locations in Ventura

FYI- Two stations you have listed in Ventura, CA are no longer selling biodisel. TW Brown Oil shut down, and USA gas is under new management, and no longer sells biodiesel either.

In Early August I drove to LA before i went I printed out a list of 300 BioD places.
my tank and extra 5 gal got me to Santa Barbara where I spent 2 hours driving to 4 different places from that list and at each place was told "we no longer sell Bio" most of them were USA Grown Fuel but there were others. One place we went to said it would take nearly an hour to get my fuel because i had to fill out a long and involved questionair which then had to be processed by the office and then it would take 15 or 20 minutes for "the guys" to bring the tanks up. This list is USELESS as no one updates it. Bio D is going out of style and i had to use Diesel 2 to get back to San Francisco where i could buy BioD100.

  • That sucks. I know its sad a frustrating that there are so few locations to get BioD, especially in this area. There actually is a station in Ventura that sells biodiesel, but it is only B20. Its better than nothing if you are hard up for some Bio.

The location is Silvas Oil, exiting off Johnson or Victoria. The address is 2191 N. Ventura Ave. Sorry, I know its too late to help you now, but maybe on your next trip down...
