Grids: Auto-scroll if height is set to less than content of table

It would be really nice if the grid automatically displayed a scrollbar and allowed the user to scroll through the rows (ideally while keeping the header row fixed) when the height of the table is set smaller than the height of the content rows. Currently, the bottom content rows in the table are just cutoff and hidden if the height of the Grid is not large enough.

Here is my suggestion, have it appear when you click the grid/table.

Hmm. I don't know if the click to move up/down one row is necessary. I was just thinking that the set height of the Grid was not enough to show all the rows of content, a scrollbar would automatically appear in the table. The table would scroll but the header row would stay fixed. See the following image for an example:
