More intermediate medals.

I think we need more little medals between the really little medals and the whopping big ones. Personally, I'm up for medals for points in a day (ex: you could have a medal the first time someone clocks 100 points in a day, the first time 150, the first time 175, the first time 200 etc), or in consecutive days (medal for 100 points or more three days running) and for say 500 in a week. Just a bit more incentive to keep it up without having to worry about logging exercises specific to specific challenges.
