FLIPKART......WORST SERVICE AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE.
NEVER TRUST FLIPKART TO DELEVER YOUR PRODUCT IN 2-3 working days.

I placed an order on 12th Aug 13, with order no. OD30812044916 which is VIP Aqualite Expandable Strolley Suitcase - 21.7 inch. In track your order...it showing shiped from mumbai on 13 aug 13 n reached delhi on 14 aug 13 and after that in transit to sigra hub....varanasi...asking customer care....just getting 1 reply....wat for 24 or 48 hrs, you will sure get.
when asked for local ekart number or address, got reply we dont have.
Some how I searched the office, reached there and got the reply that your product it not dispached from delhi

Really worst service.. They send out for delivery message in morning and don't come for delivery.. I was waiting for my product whole day like a fool.. :(

Hello Everyone

I am lawyer at High Court.

I have had similar experience with flipkart-ekart delivery. So much perturbed with there unprofessional services, I am moving to consumer forum to take them down for

a. stress and harassment caused
b. misleading customers, defeating the commitment dates based on which customers place contract
c. concealing information of status of order
d waste of customers time and energy to track down order calling customer care everytime

I shall also move to High Court to pass stay on flipkart.com working in totality until they set up there system professionally and up to standard they advertise.

After dealing with there customer care executives, I am convinced it is a sham business done with no care. Therefore, they need to be taught lessons.

any one of you based on what I have read and what prompted me to share my grievance with you, if interested to join in suit, and have evidence of your case, are more than welcome. I am not charging legal fees.Email at shubh@live.ca. I am going to make them realize and pay compensation for undue harassment and fraud.

ekart logistics always mislead their customers
i put a request to return my product and they old me that some pick up guy will come and will pick my product.
i got a message form that pick up guy and i told him to come after 6 30 as i will be in office. and i even called him but he didnt pick up my call.
but i think these pick up guys are uneducated he came when i was not at home and then i got a message from flipkart that pick up guy came but as no one was at home he could not pik up but he will come tomorrow
and then i called flipkart regarding this and waow their reply was we dont know about that .
and i think now i have to file a case in consumer court regarding this

hello friends,
i ordered one Philips Mp3 player on 11th april .After 12 days I got the product. Flipkart delivery is good but if your delivery goes under ekart logistic then never expect that with 8 days u will get the product. Its my suggestion that better u should purchase from shop directly .

Call to the customer care and ask dem to refund you double the shipping charges. And if dey don't you can complain to consumer court about it.

Experiencing the Same Sujit Mohanty...

i am a certified buyer at Flipkart....so far have done hell lot of shopping from them...never experienced delivery issues.....

Today i placed another order....it went to EKART logistics....to my surprise estimated delivery date is 8days...which i usually wont see in any of my prev order...estimated delivery date would always be 5-6 days max to max.....but flipkart always deliver me in 2-3 days...sometimes even in a day.....

NOw m seeing EKART wud take me 8days...Surely flipkart is going to loose its importance and business in many ways if they start delivery products so late to all the customers ....WAITING time is the MOST FRUSTRATING time

i ordered a moto g and paid the amount by credit card......after 5-6 days when i call the flipkart coustomer care they told that the product was refunded by the courier without informing me.......thats the very worst experience and i will surely complain it in the consumer forum......

I have faced the same issue. I have ordered at 11:08 AM on 5th May and applied for "In a day" delivery. Also I was tracking the shipment. It was committed from flipcart to deliver on tuesday 6th May. It was showing that order is "out for delivery" at 10:28 AM on 6th may from New Delhi. Till 2:00 PM i didn't got any call. Then I made a call to customer care and executive told me that it will be delivered by 09:00 PM at night.
Should I wait till 9:00 PM in my office ???
And as per the logic in a day we have 24 hours but flipcart have 30.5 hours in a day. I got call at 5:33 PM that sir come at ground floor to receive your order. I returned back it because I was much far from station till 5:30.

And this E-Kart, flipcart's logistic partner is the worst logistic company in India seriously. I have made almost 15 calls till 5-6 minutes but every time it was on voice message. Seriously I was not expecting this kind of service from flipcart. I will never make any purchase from this company.

I have ordered a Titan watch from Flipkart :orderId: OD40727150553, but the product i received is different from the one visible in your website. Thus I request for a replacement, which I receive by Today 9 PM, I also paid 90RS for 1 day delivery. But when till 9.30 PM i not recived the Item i called Flipkart, and one executive gave me a number : 09740417580. But when I called in that number , 1 lady picked up the phone and abuse me, like "DONT HAVE U ANY MANNERS, THAT U CALLED ME AT THIS TIME, AND when i told her that i got this number from flipkart: she told me, I AM NOT BOTHER FROM WHERE U GET MY NUMBER IS IT FLIPKART / F_ _ K KART" , so please look into this matter, what kind of executive are u recruiting, and what knid of reputation are u making

Today i received a massage from Ekart logistic at 6 p.m confurming me that my replacement will be delivered by 9 p.m.But they never contact me for this.i wait still 9.30 p.m then i called Flipcart executive three times.and all of them gave me different information.The first person told me that delivery is not possible as the car of the logistic company has broken.another executive gave me a number to enquire the status of the product.and when i called that number,one lady picked up the ph. and missbehaves.and last executive told me that the delivery is not possible today,wait for tomorrow.But i paid 90RS for 1 day delivery, which goes in vain, shame on u flipkart. cheaters...

i ordered titan regila watch . and what i got was used titan regila watch . no plastic sheet on dialer and strap . as well as watch was full of scratches , is was clearly visible that someone used it for more than a month bcz some area was faded as weel . packing was all broken cushion was  not of its size . i ordered it for my father but what i got was blunder

Without wasting any moment complain to their no.or send an email to the customer support. Click few photos of your product and the package and attach it in the mail. Ask them for the replacement or dey shud refund your money. At very first they won't agree to your terms but you just keep bothering dem through mails. The more you keep chasing them,the more it will prove your genuinity.
I am telling you from my past experiences . In 2 cases I got my money back from these e-commerce portals.

Flipkart should do something. Do you even read these reviews? Ihave ordered a macbook and they say that it will be delivered by 13th. sometimes i get the message from the shipper that i will get the delivery by 18th sept. This is nonsense. Either flipkart should tie up with a more reliable delivery service. like bluedart or others. These ekart logistics is crappy and time consuming.

Ohh my god i late to read this comm, i order one shaver and still 5 days gone i havent received and single mssg of my product when i ordered from ebay they giving me hours by hours update whole night but flip no single update . Big name small service hahahaha we all are stupid

Hi,

On 6 Oct, I have ordered 1, 5GM 24KT Gold coin of e-Gitanjali vide order No. OD300943700229287800- worth Rs. 13947, another 2 coins (5GM+2GM)- Vide Order No- OD200943601650725200-worth Rs. 19609 and another 2 coins- vide order No- OD000943655987451600- worth Rs. 19690 (in total, I have ordered 5 coins, 19GMS gold worh Rs. 53,165 vide 3 separate orders) and made payment with my CITI bank credit card under 10% cash back offer. Reason for placing order separately to get maximum cash back (Rs. 5316) from CITI bank under this scheme. Ultimately I will have to pay Rs. 47,849 (53,165-5,316) to CITI Bank.

Same day late evening I got mail on my registered email id from Flipkart, saying that my order has been accepted and it will get delivered by Saturday, 11 Oct 2014. Then, I got sms on my registered mobile number saying your products are packed by seller and ready to be shipped. Next day early morning (7:39 am)*, I got sms from flipkart that your product were shipped at 5.57AM and will be delivered by Saturday, Oct 11, 2014.

On same day at 11.25am, I got sms from Flipkart saying that our courier partner eKart was unable to delivered your order and hence we have cancelled the order and initiate the refund. Sincerely apologies for inconvenience caused. First surprised for me..

Immediately, I called up on their customer care no and spoken with executive (Netu Singh), she informed me that as per update from our courier partner, they have attempted to deliver the product at your doorstep today morning at 6.47 but you have requested him to cancel the order. second surprised ...

When I have informed her that none of your courier has attempted to deliver the product at my doorstep, she said this is what updated into system by our logistic partner. I informed her that if someone would have attempted to deliver the product then definitively my building watchman would have informed me. But still she was insisting me that someone from your family would have cancelled the order. I told her to give me the name and contact detail of person who has attempted the delivery, I will speak with him, he said that we could not share with you. Third surprised for ..... When I have told her that my building is equipped with cameras and I will check the same into records. Then, she told me that there is no need to check, may be our logistic partner would have wrongly updated the same into system .

Since I am regular buying the various products online from various sites, I am aware that I can ask her to put a request to reattempt the delivery of the product. She said ok, and put my call on hold for almost 30 mins, and then came back and told me that I am not able to put this request into the system, and mentioned that since vendor (i.e. e-Gitanjali) has received the bulk order for this products from their other customer, E-Gitanjali is now not ready to give the product to flipkart’s customer, Hence, we are cancelling this order from our end and will process the refund. Forth and Biggest surprised for me...

I have informed her that see this is not my lookout and I want this product at anyhow then she requested me to speak with her senior (Mr. Rahul Gaba) and transferred this call to him. That guy bluntly told me that they will not deliver the product and will process the refund. I told this guy, look I have spent my time for all this and I want these products, I am not doing this for time pass and will not buy your excuses and informed him that otherwise I will highlights your blunders / scandals on social media. He said let me discuss this with my seniors and will get back to you by EOD.
I have asked him to get back to me by today 9pm. He said ok.

Within 10 mins, I got various sms and emails from flipkart cancelling my all orders and mentioned that you made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel all your Order and will process the refunds of latest by 18 Oct.

My Observations;
1. Their Customer care executive never think twice to lie with their customers.
2. First they put all the blame on eKart (which is the subsidiary of Flipkart only). Then, they put the blame on e-Gitanjali. Why they are not sharing the contact details?
3. At 7 Oct, at 5.57, Vendors has shipped the product to flipkart and within 50 mins, logistic partner of flipkart has attempted the delivery of the same at my place in Mulund. What Non-sense!!!!
4. Which logistic company deliver the product in early morning at 6.47? No timing sense????
5. Why I am getting the message on 7 Oct at 7.29* from flipkart, if I would have already returned at 6.47 in the morning.
6. Since, E-Gitanjali, has shipped the product at 5.47am, where is the logic in e-Gitanjali’s Bulk order and not ready to handover the products.
7. There is no agreement / contract with e-Gitanjali ? there is no breach of agreement clause in this agreement?
8. Why Flipkart was accepting the orders for the same product till yesterday late evening?
9. Whether all orders received for the same product were cancelled or only orders with credit card offers got cancelled?
10. Where is a point of high demand and equal opportunities to avail the great deal. Why no opportunities have been given to me and cancelled my all order??? They should have shown like out of stock like other majority products.
11. As per the flipkart, under this scheme, no cancellation, no refund only exchange, then why they are insisting me to take the refund?
12. Why they are holding my huge money in their account for 12 days. Are they making money from that also?
13. They have not calculated the discounts on gold before put the scheme online. I was getting gold at Rs. 25, 200 per 10gm (28000-10% cash back), while market rate is around Rs. 27000. They have realised this later on hence now not ready to give the products even though vendor has shipped the products. Further, the gold rate has increased during the evening, they don’t want to give these benefit to me.
14. They have removed their customer care no and email id from their site, so we cannot reach out to them.

Ultimately, there is a no professional / Business ethics.

I have spent my considerable time on all this and I am not going to let it go without accepting their accepting their mistakes in writing and deliver my products.

See I have been shopping from Flipkart for at least 3 years now and I shop quite regularly....I receive most of my products through ekart logistcs....till date I had no issues with timely delivery.....ekart logistics delivers the product quite efficiently every time I shop from Flipkart...Flipkart is the Best....

Flipkart cust care are such a pain in ass.. Big LiARS.. i bought a product on 6th oct 2014, was supposed to be delivered by 10th Oct 2014. didnt receive till 10th. called them they said due to UNFORESEEN issue it will be delivered by 15th.
On 14th i receive a email stating that person had tried to deliver but no one was there to receive the product (i was personally home 24*7), On contrary the tracking Id showed that it was yet to reach a hub nearest to me!!! Bloody fake system.
