When i try to watch a movie on my flixter account it says i'm not activated and need to go to uvvu and activate. I have done this and now i says A support ticket has already been opened for your inquiry. Please contact UltraViolet directly at email@example.com for additional support. I have also done this and still no results. my son is deploying to Afiganitan and was hoping to use the flixter account but with these problems we are very frustrated and unusable. Please help and fix this issue. Thank you
