I upgraded from an iPhone 4 to 4S, all my games & info backed up & transferred to my new phone, EXCEPT Fluff Friends! I was a level 37, and had over a million coins! Now the game is making me totally start over. Help! Any way to fix this??

I'm having a similar issue but related to my Ipad and receiving a replacement, but my kids shelter was not restored. Is it possible if provided the old and the new UDID, that one of the developers can transfer the shelter over?

I sent an email to a similar problem over twelve hours ago to that email addee and have also received no reply. however, all I did was register with fluff. I lost over twenty levels!

My daughter recently had her iPad replaced and I opened a support request to have her game transfered. I provided both the old and the UDID and this is the response I received from their "Support" team.
