I’m annoyed, angry, aggravated

Bought redrex Base Gallery to sell images what code needs to enter for Lightroom?

I just spent $20 on the redrex Base Gallery because it states it works with fotomoto. I have looked on both sites and does not state where I get the fotomoto code (javascript) that I need to add to my page to sell images when creating a Lightroom gallery. Does anyone know where to get this code.

I was very upset because the buy buttons would not work on my website that uses Wordpress and a Graph Paper Press template. Thought I would give this site another try since I can sell images using lightroom galleries.

Now I am just aggravated since fotomoto suggested this lightroom plugin without giving any more info then a demo and a link to redrex Base Gallery site.

    Hi Christen,

Thanks for your post and sorry for any frustration here! We'll do whatever we can to help you resolve the situation - hopefully we'll be able to get you up and running here soon.

I took a look at http://christenminnick.com/ and it looks like this is a WordPress site - assuming that's the case, you'll want to install the Fotomoto plugin as explained in How do I install Fotomoto on WordPress?.

I do see that you have the Fotomoto Script installed on your page, but I can't tell from here if you've installed in manually or via the plugin. You can install Fotomoto either way, but we do recommend using the plugin if you aren't already.

In either case, you have "API mode" enabled (?api=true at the end of the Fotomoto JavaScript link), and that's likely the reason that you're not seeing Buy Buttons as expected. First please try disabling API mode if you're not intentionally using it. That should fix the issue, but if you need further assistance just post back here again or feel free to email us - we'll get back to you quickly, especially now that the 4th of July holiday has passed =)

Last, just FYI I'm going to remove your 2nd community post, as it appears to be a duplicate.

    Thanks and kind regards,
    Derek

    Hi Christen,

Glad to hear it's working =) Glad to see it because you have some very nice looking images on your site - nice work! ounds like the issue was that you had API mode on where it wasn't needed.

When using Lightroom with Fotomoto, TTG is our recommended publishing solution from the list of services that work with Fotomoto. I'm not sure whether you want to go that route since you mentioned you're already using WordPress, but it's up to you of course.

I'd suggest you pick the publishing solution that works best for you given your workflow, etc., and then let us know and we'll be happy to help you get Fotomoto working as possible. Again you can just post your reply here (public) or just send us an email with the specifics of your site (less public) and we'll be glad to help.

    Kind regards,
    Derek

P.S., I'm not sure what you meant by "so I don't have the copyright symbols", so please describe more about what you mean or just post a screenshot so I can better understand what you're asking.
