Can't sign up - no confirmation received
Really want to check this service out, currently using SmugMug but this may be a cleaner route for clients. Anyone help? I've checked the usual spam folders etc.

Hi all,
The issue in this ticket was resolved. If you have any trouble receiving your Fotomoto signup confirmation/account activation email, first please confirm that you used the correct email address and that the automatic response from us wasn't caught in a SPAM filter.
If the above doesn't help, please email Fotomoto support.

I have been trying for days. Tried to join with Two different addressess after waiting for days for acknowledgement of first try. NO email received. Fotomoto system says it recognises my address & click button to resend Email. NOTHING HAPPENS
Tried 'contact us' option a Pop up box offers solutions in FAQS. But states we have not posted your email yet. So I can't even contact them. If it was not for glowing reviews I have read about fotomoto I would suspect a scam by Now. Any one have any solutions Please.

Same problem. No confirmation.
We have another Fotomoto store, so I tried adding the new store under that and it tells me the the account already exists. At least the database is recognizing the new name, just not sending us the confirmation email to complete the transaction.
(BTW-we actually do want a totally separate store, not a new one under our existing store. I just tried that as a troubleshooting action)
Also, this seems to be happening elsewhere around the tubes. Notably on Flickr where people pay for an account and receive no confirmation and cannot access the new paid account. It has been happening since the middle of last week. Their staff have had to approve accounts manually.
Do you share a server farm company?
Fotomoto's staff response has been wonderful on our other account, so I'm relaxed and confident you will respond just as intelligently here.

I have checked all my junk /spam boxes several times over last few days Unfortuately no luck.
But Happy to read Danielsimage post. (Good to hear from someone who has experience with fotomoto) Hopefully this seems to be a temporary glitch & will be sorted out soon, Ironically I signed up for this page in about two seconds Ho Hum -

Same for me - no sign up email but if you try to sign up again it says email is already in the system. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Finally after 2-3 days of problem, I tried again (for sending activation email) and today I see it in my SPAM. Hope it was a temporary glitch.

We think it's an issue we our email servers so we are changing them.
Should be good by the end of the day.

Is this related to not being able to access the site directly by typing "fotomoto.com" directly into the address bar? -

Hurrah! Have just received my sign-up Email. I entered everything again got message 'your email in our system click here' Clicked the link
and hey presto the email came through straight away. Hope you get yours to Danielsimage. Thanks again to Piam. -

Hi Mark,
I took a look at the Dashboard and it appears that an account was created for you - can you try to use the 'Forgot Password' function on my.fotomoto.com/ and see if you get the email to reset your password?

Thanks for your response. I still haven't received the password reset email, and I just submitted another request about 5 minutes ago. I was aware that you could only have one email address associated with each site URL, but after repeated problems getting started I was hoping I might be able to change the email address.
Is there any way you could manually go into my account and setup a default password that you can email me? I could change the password once I've logged in. I really just need to get this up and running today if possible.

Your email address @markdanielphotography had a hard bounce, so the server didn't try again, I re-activated your address, go ahead and try again.

Thank you for your post. The issue mentioned in this post was resolved several years ago. I received your email to customer support and have replied to it; hopefully the instructions will help you get your new account created and if you have any trouble just go ahead and reply to the email as this doesn't appear to be an issue that would affect any other users.
