    Hi Philly,

Thank you for your post and sorry for any difficulties you're experiencing. We don't have any specific installation instructions posted for how to install Fotomoto using Muse, but in general you could use the instructions in How do I install Fotomoto on generic HTML Sites? and as long as your site either has only straight HTML IMG tags on it the libraries you're using are on the list of What scripts, libraries and plugins does Fotomoto support? then it should work.

As for your specific site, could you either post or email us a link to a page we can review? I'd be happy to take a look and see if I can help.

    Thanks and kind regards,
    Derek

Once again I can't thank you enough for helping me regarding this issue your CS has been very quick. Im not a web designer I just a dad that created this website so please bare with me. I have attached what I believe what your are looking for. We are just trying to find another way to fund raise for our team. What we are looking to do is take photos as the days events go on upload them during the events and give the parents an option to purchase the photo as a keepsake. So I have envisioned that the file could become very large as the day progresses.

    Hi Philly,

No problem at all - I'm glad to help!

I took a look at the page and I couldn't see the Fotomoto Script in the HTML source code for your page, so what you'll want to do is try and add the Fotomoto Script to the page(s) where you want to sell images. Again we don't have instructions for Muse, you'll need to be able to add some JavaScript to the page code as explained here: How do I install Fotomoto on generic HTML Sites?.

Also, the page you sent doesn't seem to be using a supported image gallery library, but it may work so I'd suggest giving it a try and see if the Buy links show up under the images, then make sure to click Buy Print or one of other links after you go to the next/prev image to make sure it works. If it doesn't work, you'd somehow need to use one of the supported libraries, or put the images directly on to the page without using a gallery viewer.

I hope that helps and kind regards,
    Derek

  • Hi all,

As an update, we've done some preliminary testing with Muse to see if Fotomoto is compatible out-of-the-box. The good news is that you can install Fotomoto on a Muse site (see How do I install Fotomoto on Adobe Muse?), and Fotomoto will work on single images "placed" on to a page. The not-so-great news is that Fotomoto does not currently work on any of the Muse Slideshow Widgets. This is something that we could build support for from our end, which may be something we do in the future.

If any enterprising JavaScript developers would like to develop a solution, Fotomoto can definitely be made to work on the Slideshows using the instructions in our Integrating Fotomoto into an image gallery article. If anyone takes this on and would like to post their instructions please do feel free. Please don't post links to your instructions on a 3rd-party site though - if you want to post a link, please email it to us first and we'll review and post it on your behalf.

I hope the update helps and kind regards,
    Derek
