Customer wishes to cancel an order

A customer has revealed that he made a mistake on an order and wishes to cancel. Is there a process through which this can happen, with refunds to the customer and myself? Note that the full res images have not yet been uploaded to the fotomoto site.

    Thanks for your post. We don't have a way to cancel orders in the Dashboard, but we can certainly take care of that for you, and it won't be a problem unless the order has already hit "Printing" status, meaning it has gone to the lab and has likely already been printed.

    To cancel orders, just send us an email and be sure to include the order number that you want to cancel.
