Customer Service is not responding

I have two different important issues that I need solved, and my emails are going unanswered. How do I get in touch with someone to help me? Most importantly, a customer's order has been stuck for 27 days at the "Shipping Info Received" stage. So apparently it hasn't actually been shipped yet. This is completely unacceptable. That's just the tip of the iceberg, though; this order has other problems as well, and I would like some answers.
