Customization of fotomoto widget

Please consider adding some customization ability for the fotomoto widget. This can be in the form of:
- short message placement at header or footer,
- customization of fonts, colors, backgrounds, etc. (styling)
- inclusion of custom logo
- API callbacks for significant events (cart addition, removal, change; payment completion, etc.)

It was mentioned somewhere that fotomoto is not a white-labeled service. Why can't it be? Even if not, then some customization might be helpful beneficial to promoting integration.

Thanks.

  • Hi sherwinjames,

Thank you for your constructive post. You read correctly that Fotomoto isn't a white-label service, and this isn't likely to change any time soon, so what I've suggested to sellers in the past is that they brand/label Fotomoto as a "preferred printing partner" that you've chosen to handle your product fulfillment.

Our product team *is* reading Idea posts in this forum, so they are aware of your requests and will consider them for future releases of the Widget.

This probably isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I hope the response is helpful nonetheless.

    Thanks again and kind regards,
    Derek

    Hi all,

I just wanted to post an update here in case you hadn't heard. Pro and Pro Plus subscribers now have the ability to replace the Fotomoto logo in the Widget with their own, and it's also possible to change the color of the buttons in the Widget to better-match your site.

For the how, please see How can I customize the Fotomoto Widget.

    Enjoy!
