I’m pissed that I have to deal with smilies to get my error report noticed. Why are you wasting my time?

Default shows group pricing even when not chosen.

The default pricing for my prints shows group pricing for heights, and identical pricing for all panorama print ratios, even though I have not selected either option and the prices are displayed individually. For instance, both 8" normal sizes are $20, and all 30" panoramas are $500.

    Aaron,

This is not a problem. You can unselect the "Grouping" option by using the check box on top of the "Panorama" prints (same thing for standard sizes).

Most of our users do not offer that many panoramas, so this helps them to set the pricing easier. We have put that "ungrouping" option for users that prefer to have different pricing - such as yourself.

By the way, these "Smilies" are coming with the system we are using: Get Satisfaction. You can always give them your feedback. I'm sure they would listen.

    Thank you,

  • Ahmad, I do not have those options selected, and I already see that I can change the pricing. My comment was about the default prices when those options are NOT selected. Fotomoto suggests that a panorama at 2:1 should be priced the same as a panorama at 6:1. This means that the default cost of a standard print of 30" x 45" costs $200, while the default cost of a panorama of 30" x 60" (or even 30" x 45.1") is $500! Don't you think the default costs should be realistic?
