Deleted all Fotomoto Images in Gallery!

Hi there! I accidentally deleted all photos in my Fotomoto dashboard!
How may I re-import them again? They are not automatically refreshing.

Also, I had fotomoto working beautifully! However when I clicked the buy Print buttons (to order a print from my website), all images returned this message
'Cannot determine pricing at this time'. However I had these photos in Purchase with set prices.

Wondering what I have/haven't done here so I don't repeat it again!

    Hi Jess,

    Thanks for your post. First, you can see Missing the Fotomoto Buy Buttons? for troubleshooting instructions.

    That said, It seems like you've made some significant changes to your site since last time I saw it, and you've changed several things that could be causing the issue and require some changes to your Dashboard settings:

    1. You changed the name of your For Sale collection - this is not advised, so I went ahead and changed it back to For Sale for you.

    2. It looks like you might have switched WP themes (to Studio8?) - this theme may not be compatible with Fotomoto - please see Fotomoto compatibility with WordPress themes. If fixing the other items in this list doesn't help, you can try temporarily switching to the default Twenty Twelve theme to see if this resolves the issue.

    3. It seems like you're showing images now in fancyBox instead of directly in the post. If you want the Buy Buttons displayed on the full-sized images in fancyBox, you need to select it as your Script Library as explained in How do I use Fotomoto with a custom Javascript library.

    4. You deleted your images but didn't "purge" them from your Dashboard. For instructions on how to do this please see How to remove images from your Dashboard . I went ahead and did this for you.

    5. You disabled most of the available print sizes while using the "Flexible Sizes" print size option. If you want to keep using Flexible Sizes, please re-enable all the print sizes at the desired print widths (8", 10", etc.). If you *only* want to sell certain sizes and are OK with your clients cropping your work, you can use "Crop To All Selected Sizes". Please see Print Size Options for info on these options.

    So, take a look at all those items, then if you still can't get Fotomoto to work, let me know and I'll see what else I can see.

    Ahh, so my website with prints is http://jesslanciart.com but fotomoto may be currently trying to pull images from jesslanci.com since the latter is my site address (in dashboard settings. I've had a look and want to change this - not sure how to delete and re-add)

    Yes I agree Studio8 (on jesslanci.com) won't work with fotomoto. JessLanciArt however is using suffusion (as mentioned previously) with LightBox Plus and script set to 'I don't know'. And thanks to you this works beautifully.

    May be just this small error I've created with which address Fotomoto is seeking images from. Unsure why it would have changed over though, if we had it working so good before.

    Ah yes, that's right.

    So I took another look at your Fotomoto Dashboard and you had jesslanci.com listed as a Site Address, but the images were coming from jesslanciart.com. I went ahead and added jesslanciart.com to your list of Site Addresses on the Settings page of your Dashboard. See How do I add an alternate site address? for the how-to.

    Also, the "Minimum Width or Height for Images" setting was at 300 (pixels), which is larger than some of your images' dimensions, so I went ahead and changed the value of your "Minimum Width or Height for Images". You may want to double check that the value I set (200) is appropriate for your site, as there may be other images that you want to sell that are even smaller. To learn the important facts about the "Minimum Width or Height for Images" setting, please see About the "Minimum Width or Height for Images" setting.

    Last, regarding the "We cannot determine the pricing for this image at this time" message, that's because of item #5 in my last post. For more about that error in general, please see "We cannot determine the pricing for this image at this time"....
