Fotomoto using Juicebox Pro on Wordpress

Hi,

I have an installation of Wordpress. I have an account with Fotomoto (which is connected to paypal).

I have Juicebox Pro (one of Fotomoto's recommended gallery options).

I have added the site key to fotomoto plugin installed on wordpress.

I have gone through all the required steps from both Fotomoto and Juicebox.... but I still seem to get no response from my buy button.

Take a look www.tomsoza.com/artwork/

You will see the buy button, top right. But when I click this, it returns :

Uncaught ReferenceError: FOTOMOTO is not defined

I have checked this on Google.... Found instructions from Fotomoto to use the public API.

Still not working and could use some help....

This appears to be a very convoluted and painful process!!

Thanks

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for your post and sorry you had trouble getting Fotomoto installed on Juicebox. Could you let me know which directions you were following to get it installed? Please note the official documentation from Juicebox is at https://juicebox.net/support/sharing/...

That said I took a look at your site and Fotomoto does seem to be working now (see screenshot attached), so if there's anything I can help with here just let me know.

    Thanks again and kind regards,
    Derek

  • Hi Derek,

Thanks for the response. It was actually my fault I think.

I had a response from someone at juicebox who mentioned if I am using their pro version (which I am) then I don't need to use the fotomoto wp plugin.

I uninstalled that, and also noticed that while the store url on the fotomoto account was tomsoza.com, the website url was in fact incorrect.

As soon as I updated that, it worked!! :)

On another note, are all the prices on fotomoto fixed, or can they be slightly adjusted?

I need to read up on the pricing system of fotomoto really as this site is being built for a fellow artist who wants to allow people to buy his work but wants to work with a partner who fulfils the orders and delivers them.

All good, and thanks again for the response.

    Cheers
    Matt

    Hi Matt,

You're very welcome and I'm glad to hear that you've got it all set up.

As for the pricing, yes - absolutely. You can adjust all the prices at once by changing the markup as explained at http://support.fotomoto.com/customer/...

You can also adjust each price individually by clicking on the orange price shown in the Dashboard and changing it there. If you haven't read this article I would absolutely suggest it: http://support.fotomoto.com/customer/...

Hope that helps and kind regards,
    Derek
