I’m frustrated

fotomoto email reponse to behance purchase

I have my fotomoto account linked to my Behance account. I can see the behance photos, that are for sale, on fotomoto. When someone selects buy on a picture all the receiver is an email, they send, to request the picture, from fotomoto. Nothing in my fotomoto account mentions that there was a request. Is there a bad link or something i need to do?

    Thank you for your post. It sounds like you're describing a licensing request where you have the "Contact Me" option enabled in your Dashboard, but I'm not exactly sure. Could you email us about this with and include your website address so we can see the issue in action and find your individual Fotomoto account? We'll be happy to help you further with this.
