I’m feeling like my qustion will not be answered without this faces

fotomoto z-index and Flash

I know it's possible to integrate fm API to work with flash websites, and it works.
How about layering fm window over flash? By default flash content always on top(highest z-index?).
So, in firefox fm window appears above flash, but in other browsers it's below.
Now trying to work it out using css z-indexes

My question is - is there any special code in fm javascript to deal with it or is this happens by itself because untreated?
If no, any plans to work on it?
