Getting Fed Up...

I've heard nothing else but that this is the most complicated website to use from my own customers. Since the recent change no orders can be processed, even now that I have set up the new plan. The money I had earned from previous orders is now nowhere to be found on my fotomoto dashboard...? What used to be a convenient method to sell prints is now the worst headache ever, most frustrating thing. I'm dropping this.

    Thank you for post and I'm sorry to hear about the issue here. We are happy to investigate what might be going on with your site, but we do need more information about what your customers are experiencing in order to figure out what might be happening.

    The first thing to check is that your customer is using a modern web browser, as we don't support older browsers like IE6. Beyond that we'd need more specifics to investigate, so if you could email us with specifics we'll be happy to look in to it.

    As for earnings from previous orders, you should see them under the Orders > Accounting in your Dashboard. I just looked at your Dashboard and can see you have a payable balance. Please see the bottom section of How can I get paid for the products I sell using Fotomoto? for information on how to be paid for older (pre 10/19/12) orders.
