    Hi Carol,

Thank you for your post, and I'll spell out the answer here a bit for anyone else that might be reading along...

When someone places an order on your site using Fotomoto, we immediately credit your Stripe or PayPal payment account with the funds paid by the customer (minus our cut), so you have the funds in your account.

So, when a customer needs to be refunded, you'll need to work it out with the customer on how you'd like to do the refund. The easiest way is usually to just refund the charge in Stripe or PayPal, but it's possible to be flexible depending on what works best between you and the customer.

For details on how payments work in Fotomoto, please see How can I get paid for the products I sell using Fotomoto?, and for info about what Fotomoto's role in refunds is, please see the Fotomoto Refund Policy

I hope that helps and kind regards,
    Derek
