I’m frustrated

is there a way to bypass an order that displayed "WARNING: The resolution of the uploaded photo is too low for the order."?

is there a way to bypass an order that displayed "WARNING: The resolution of the uploaded photo is too low for the order."?

the resolution of my photos is just slightly less that what fotomoto requires for the ordered prints (order 058401296096271). i know the print quality will still be good with those hi-res files, so i would like to force fotomoto to use the current hi-res files (i.e. bypassing the warning).

my other alternative is to up-sample the files manually and re-upload them to fotomoto so that it will stop complaining, but the result will be the exact same, it is just more work for me (to up-sample the files using photoshop).

and in that case, i know that the prints will be good with the resolution of my files, because i did some prints of the same size from files with the same resolution, and the result was excellent.

so i think fotomoto should offer a button on the order page to force using the current files despite the warning about resolution being not sufficient.
