My eCards are not being received?

I reread SHARING TOOLS in the support section and all photos have eCards ON and Sharing Buttons ON. Tested again and eCard still not being received. Any suggestions?

  • Hi Wanda,

    Thanks for your post. The first thing you'll want to do is make sure the recipient checks their SPAM folder in case it wound up there.

    Also, FYI, you can test by sending an eCard to yourself. I just sent myself an eCard from your site and will post back to confirm that it went through.

  • Thanks for checking, Derek. Just a followup after a few days of testing ... the eCards are still not being received. The send message says it was sent successfully but it isn't received on the other end. Tried sending to myself and two other e-addresses but doesn't arrive only disappears. (checked spam everywhere, too.)

    So I have tested eCards on several test sites, including one with FolioHD and they are delivering as expected, however on your site they are not, so it appears to be an issue specific to your site. We are now investigating our outgoing email logs to see if eCards from your site are going out or not.

    I'll go ahead and get back to you via email rather than here as this appears to be a site-specific issue rather than a concern for other users.
