New Support System

Today we are switching to a new support system that helps us having a better knowledge-base and a unified search for both our knowledge base and community. This way would be able to use the power of GS in creating a community, as well as a better and more user friendly support system.

If you see anything missing or have a suggestion for improving the support system, post it here on our GetSatisfaction community!

    Hi Richard,

    We will be turning off the older support system, but for the moment we can still access your old tickets. I just looked through yours and all seem to be resolved other than these two:

    1. Your feature request for improved image management. We have an Idea open for that in the new forum - please feel free to add your comments to:

    2. You request to have a way to link to a separate print file based on the URL of the image - I believe our fairly-new Auto Pickup feature addresses this: please see http://support.fotomoto.com:/portal/a...

    Thanks for your feedback. Is there anything specific that you dislike about the new system compared to the old? If so, we'd love to hear about it!

    One of the main features that makes this much easier to use is that you can search our Support articles *as well as* the community forums from one place:

    To be frank, most of the questions we get have already been asked by other community members, so being able to find all the answers in one place should really be helpful when help is needed =)

    If you prefer to always ask in private, you can always go straight to "Email Us" at http://support.fotomoto.com/customer/...

    We appreciate your comments, especially since you're a long-time Fotomoto user, so if you have suggestions, please do post them as "Ideas".

    As Derek has mentioned, we still have our private support channel. But this new system (Assistly) lets our users search both in our Knowledge Base and in our Community. Also, it offers a much better layout / organisation for our KB articles.

    Addition to that, you can still just send an email to support at fotomoto dot com, and it will be private support.

    Let me know if this is good enough, or you still prefer to old system (and why).
