I’m frustrated

no e-mail support - problem with fotomoto set up

I am trying to request support via e-mail. instead i get this response:

"We have not posted your email yet

Perhaps one of these articles will help you get your answer..."

i have read through the links provided, and am still in need of assistance. Where is the support?

specifically: i am trying to set up fotomoto on my site. I have followed the steps to install using wordpress as well as read the trouble shooting articles. I am not seeing a fotomoto purchase button on any of my photos and am not seeing any of my photos on fotomoto.

The only thing i can think of is that i haven't typed/copied any html fotomoto specfic script on my site. Do i have to understand html to use fotomot?
