I’m losing confidence.

No Support or Updates?

You are not updating us on the current status of things. Your last Tweet was 15 hours ago. There are people anxious to know what is going on, and again silence from you guys. The script is again not working, can't update prices, and there are people who have angry clients losing confidence.

Apart from that I have been trying to contact you regarding a copyright issue for the last 6 hours with no reply.

    We are updating different things and answering each section post here. It's always helpful to know exact issues (order issue, specific site, specific problem) to solve it. We see two posts from you about payment issue and about photoblog, but we do not see anyone trying to order from your site, and we don't have your photoblog address (it seems that you use Viewbook).

    Except for some minor issues and some speed optimization, everything should be OK now. If you see any problem, please include the information so we could investigate, and we would be happy to help.

    Decided it would be best to just relax, and allow you guys to get on with your work. I am sure there are still a few bugs crawling around....

    I would be happy if when you have leveled this change, that you will discuss future safeguards etc.
