I’m frustrated

Not receiving account activation email

I'm not receiving my account activation email or requests to reset password at info@yccbsa.org. It's probably my company's spam filter. Can I get the email address changed to anthonypjs@gmail.com?

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for your post, and as you've probably seen I've responded to your support emails on the same subject.

    I've checked our outgoing email logs and the messages were delivered, so you'll want to check to see if they were caught in a SPAM filter. I also sent you the needed account activation link, so you'll be able to finalize your account and log in to change the email address (or just let us know and we can do it for you).
