I’m frustrated

Paypal not accpeting payment

I've just tried 6 times to order at cost. I have a paypal account and followed ALL the directions in fotomoto help. I even used 2 different credit cards to make sure the card wasn't associated to paypal. Your instructions to purchase are incorrect somehow because I logged out of paypal (and have been for months) and I unchecked their info box. I think it is linking me to my email and I'm ready to switch POD service if I can't see the quality of my prints. Any suggestions?

    Thank you for your post and sorry to hear you're having issues with your order!

    Could you let me know specifically what isn't working right? I assume you're seeing some kind of an error when trying to pay via PayPal...it would be helpful to know what that is...ideally you could post or send a screenshot of what you're seeing. We'll also need to know the email address or website associated with your Fotomoto account as we have many users with name Cherie.

    It might be best if you email us about this since a screenshot might include account info, but if you want to discuss here, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing.
