Restrict coupon to specific image or set

Is there an option to restrict coupon to a specific image or a set? If not, it would be great to have it.

    Hi Ilija,

Thanks for the question. At this time there's no way to apply a coupon to only a specific image or set.

Since you said you'd like to see this, I am going to go ahead and convert this post in to an "Idea" instead of a question so that other sellers can +1 the idea or add their comments, which will help our product team gauge the level of interest in having this kind of functionality.

I hope that helps and kind regards,
    Derek

  • Derek,

It's been 3 years since you replied to llija. As a new Fotomoto person, I'd like to see this feature too. In fact, it only makes sense for photographers to be able to apply a coupon to certain images or collections of images.

A general retail business will have global discounts for everything in their store. That's an example of how Fotomoto's coupon currently works. But they also have targeted discounts for certain products or for certain people.

There are some images that I create for family and friends. I don't want to make any money from those people on those images. But those same people may be interested in some more high end images that the general public may be interested in. If friends and family want to purchase those images then I would have no qualms charging them the full rate. Having a way to target specific images would be very helpful and I'm a little surprised it doesn't exist already.
