Support has been unresponsive for a week

I am getting very frustrated with the Support or lack there of. I have sent four emails regarding the two issues "Waiting Approval" and "Could not Save the image." It has been a week and no one from fotomoto seems to care or respond.
At the very least I expect a response acknowledging that my voice is being heard. These delays are certainly hurting my business. This is not what I signed up for. Should I still not hear from fotomoto staff within 24 hours, I will see to voice my concerns and complaints on the web where they will be heard.
