I just want to say that Derek and I had a rather lengthy email thread going back and forth the last few days. He was very helpful and unlike email support at a lot of companies it wasn't just copy/paste from the FAQs. Derek took the time to try to help me solve my problem which was of my own making since I have a custom built site.

The support that this company gives even to low volume users is amazing. I don't sell much but when I do it's nick to have such good company backing me up.

You all are great. Keep up the work.
