I’m frustrated

The buy buttons

I am trying to add the buy toolbar to my blog. But I am having a problem with the size and placement. On some photos they are in the right place but on others they are all over the place. If you know what I mean. Am not so used to coding, so anyone who can tell me how to solve this problem. Thanks.

    Hi Christopher,

Thanks for your question. The issue here is likely to do with a clash between your site's CSS and our buy button CSS. As you might know, our buy buttons are completely customizable using CSS, but the thing is that we can't offer custom CSS support/training for individual sites, as we have thousands of sellers but only a few Fotomoto employees.

That said, we're doing what we can to provide helpful resources in our Support Center. Here's a general article that explains how to customize the buy buttons using CSS.

Here's the article that might be more specific to what you're looking for: buy button spacing is broken.

We also have a good-sized list of Buy button customization examples.

Last, you might want to post the URL for your site here so everyone can take a look. The community here may be able to help, or you could contact a web designer that's familiar with CSS.

I hope that helps and kind regards,
    Derek

Thank you so much Derek for your answer.

I will take a look at the links and hope I'll find a way to solve the problem.
It would be great to be able to sell my work through your website.

Thanks again and have a great day!

    Kindly, Chris
