Truly amazing support

Just to share that like many others posting here I believe that Fotomoto, and Derek in particular, are setting the bar at a level that far exceeds most other service providers.

To give you an idea - I sent an e-mail at 8:24 PM one evening, outlining a problem I was having getting the Buy buttons to show on my galleries. At 11:28 PM, (Doesn't the guy ever sleep?) I received an e-mail from Derek outlining how he viewed and analyzed my website, how he changed one setting to make the buttons work and he even provided assistance with some CSS to make things look better!

I think that many of us would agree that our service expectations for most on-line interactions would be to expect to receive an automated e-mail response saying that someone would get back to us in the next 2-3 days.
