"bad info" message when attempting sync

Yesterday sync worked (Firefox 14.0.1, Windows 7 64-bit), but today I get "Bad Info" as an error message. Couldn't find anything on your support page, once I got to it. Several links on your troubleshooting page that say "support page" actually go to broken links.

Just tried syncing on same device in IE 8 64-bit - worked perfectly.
