Flickr account link- not working?

Flickr account link ?
Hi guys, I installed AutoFocus Pro latest version, and want to link my flickr account to WP. I did everything like in the documentation, created and filled Flickr API key...But I don't see in the Add Post any drop down menu to choose flickr sets...(and I see this: You must provide your Flickr user ID and API Key in Appearance → AutoFocus+ Pro Options)
Any clues? Thanks in advance!

Its most likely an issue with you Flickr user ID which isn’t necessarily what you use to login to Flickr. Double check to make sure it’s the right ID.

Thank you Allan, I tried the name after "http://www.flickr.com/photos/"...,
I tried the "23989243@N05" and I've tried the screen name.... The only thing I haven't tried is the name I login to flickr... (yahoo ID)
And Flickr API account says it has never been accessed...

Maybe I am doing something wrong?

No Allan, my flickr account is not private, the screen was from the flickr apps page, where I got the keys from...I made it now public, but still no link...hmm
Maybe I should request another key? And should there be something more specific there?

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem after my update on v1.6 today.
Even got a brand new API from flickr and it's still not working...

An official fix for this will be out shortly.

For now, go to line 133 of autofocus-post-meta.php and change this:
$flickr_api_key = $af_flickr_api_key;

to this:
$flickr_api_key = get_option('af_flickr_api_key');

The fix for this has been pushed through. Re-download the theme using your latest download link (v1.6.1). And all should be fixed.

I can't get the Flickr API working either? Just purchased it and tried with 2 keys from flickr and I'm certain the user name is correct because it pulls through one thumbnail from the set but nothing else happens. Perhaps I'm ding something wrong.

I'm probably doing something wrong because when I create a post and select a set I can see a thumbnail appear in the site but when I click on the link I just get the image unavailable message.

Check your Flickr settings to make sure your sets are actually public.

Update:

I can see the thumbnails in the post, but it does not pull in the actual image - working at this now but again I don't have a clue what I am doing.

Hi Allan

They are public - always have been. so the thumbnails are being pulled through but not the images.

Is it anything to do with:

• The media size settings
• The lightbox or fancybox plugins (updated and still not affecting the issue)
• Something I am not inserting into the post

This appears to be an issue with Flickr. YOu may need to check their forums.

Here is the image that AF+ is trying to pull for you:

Flickr is kicking back this error for the image URL:
