Hi, Make sure you’re using the correct User Name which may or may not be the name you use to login to Flickr.

Do you have the WP_Debug setting turned on?

If you don’t know what it is you probably don’t have it turned on. I will see if I can replicate the issue on my end and let you know what I find. Thanks...

I am seeing the same behavior. I've tried using my flickr name as seen in the URL as well as using my flickr id (a la idgettr.com). I did notice, however, that things seem to display properly with the grid view; I only see the error message on mouseover of the image in default view.

Found it!

Ok, to fix this you’ll need to open /autofocuspro/extensions/autofocus-flickr.php and change line 3:
function getFlickrUserId( $username ) {

To this:
function getFlickrUserId() {

Or you can wait until I upload this fix to your unique download links later today.

Thanks!

Hello everybody! I've got a similar problem. The flickr integration is not working properly. I changed the line in the php but there is still only one picture shown.

Hi Meister, do you have a live link? The issue discussed here isn’t related to the number of images shown. If you’d like to show a sliding image gallery you need to add a check to the option back end. See this post: http://fthrwght.com/autofocus/prodemo...

you can have a look at http://beta.medien-gerecht.de/

Even if I check the sliding image gallery, it only shows the first picture of the set.

Hmm. Looks like your WordPress install is pulling a different version of JQuery for some reason. jQuery version1.4.4 has a bug in it that seems to be breaking some of the jQuery plugins in the theme. More info: https://github.com/jquery/jquery/pull/92

For now, I’de suggest editing the theme.
Find this line in functions.php:
http://snipt.org/unplo/

and add this just above that line:

You currently have no publicly viewable Flickr sets.

what does that mean?

i use "bookai_toiles" as my flickr Username in the Flickr field from the autoFocus+ pro option panel...

i'm a bit lost, where does exactly have to appeare the "Sliding Feature Area"
on the front page i guess.

excuse me for my english... but i'm really lost about that

here is my blog for now : http://bookaidesigns.com/blog/

Hi Allen,

I have not yet had any luck with the Flickr integration on my site even having looked through the forum topics covering this. I am a bit novice with code and the like, so sorry if this has been addressed already.

I have just updated to 2.0.4 and notice the Flickr drop down as mentioned in your documentation. One thing I notice is that it only brings up 2 of my 6 or so Flickr sets to select from - is there a way of refreshing this? I have pasted in the set id and limit values into the post area. I have also gone through the API and secret key process and have entered them in my options.

When I preview or post, i get the Flickr window popping up but the message "This photo is currently unavailable". Other than this it seems ok, the photo thumbnails appear as does my selected feature image.

Any advice would be much appreciated. My site is; www.evidenceincamera.com.au
Otherwise very happy with AutoFoucs Pro and the support you offer.

Thanks

Nick

Hi Allen,

I have updated my Flickr API account to Active now (didn't know this was a step I needed to take - whoops). The status of my page hasn't changed though, still get the same message.

Any advice welcomed.

Hi Nick,
For the fllickr integration to work, you’ll need to make sure that your images are public on Flickr. Anytime you see an image that says "This photo is currently unavailable" it means that it’s stuck behind a privacy wall on Flickr. Making all of your images public should fix this.

Hi Allen,

There was something screwy with the set that I was trying reference in flickr to the post. It was definitely public but not showing through. I downloaded a new API key and it is now working for all other sets but that one. Good enough for me, I'll reload the images in flickr.

Thanks for your input.
