AI bomb teleportation inefficiency.

When the AI uses bombs and they have a more favored weapon, they may power down the bomb teleporter before it completely deploys, effectively removing the bomb.

They do this despite waiting for it to completely load.

I often fall in the same trap than the AI. I power it down when the bomb has disappeared and not yet reappeared, which cancel it, whereas lasers are 'fire-and-forget' i.e. you can power it down as soon as the laser is shot. Maybe bombs should also behave like this for consistency.

A lot of weapons cannot be disabled mid-fire. Any weapon that shoots more than one shot, if you disable it after the first then the rest will not fire. Beams will end prematurely as well. I think missiles are the only weapons without an animation, and finalize in the 1 frame after shooting.
