Cloaking and pilotless evasion

Display bug with cloak, or error with cloak's evasion.

http://www.ftlgame.com/forum/viewtopi...

I just ran a couple dozen tests with some brand-new Nessarios and it's true. Get into battle, move your pilot out of room and wait for a shot against you. Cloak, and it always hits. However, the evasion field always says 60%+ while the cloak is enabled.

(1) Either Cloak's 60% evasion is supposed to apply always, even without a pilot;or
(2) Cloak's evasion, like all other evasions, do not apply when pilot-less and shouldn't display the 60% in the evasion field.

Also: How do these vary with auto-pilot for portions-of-evade with Cloak's evade?

Yeah, I don't even remember what we decided it *should* do but it's definitely inconsistent in UI vs. behavior. It's on the list of things to get fixed.

I'd have to check the code to see what the auto-pilot does, I'd guess you still get the full 60 though off the top of my head.

This is particularly a problem for the Basilisk, which is set up from the start with the idea that you teleport your entire crew (all 2 Mantis) over to the enemy ship, leaving your own ship defenseless. Naively the cloaking device would be ideal in this situation to save on hull damage, but in fact it's completely useless.
