Q re. Gantter response process: once flagged as 'answered', no further response?

A question on your response process

Gantter appears to aim to post an initial staff response to questions posted (much appreciated) and then to flag the question as 'answered'.

Once flagged this way, it appears that subsequent responses/queries made by users - even when highly relevant to the initial question - are largely not responded to by Gantter staff.

Is this because once a question is flagged as 'answered', such questions are de-prioritised?

Rather than adding to the thread of an existing questions, should we better post the follow-up query as a new question, in order to elicit an initial reply?

Many thanks,
Cath
