Sparkle IM just doesn't work on my iPhone?

My Sparkle just won't load. I tried with an alt who only has one or 2 friends after I read about the friends list problem, but it makes no difference.
Sparkle opens to a blank page, friendlist appears empty, local chat isn't accessible (keyboard doesn't come up)... What am I doing wrong?

Can you try deleting and re-installing Sparkle IM? Could you also tell me which version of iPhone OS are you using, and what device are you using? If that doesn't work, let me know and we will try to track down the problem for you.

I have deleted and reinstalled Sparkle IM but get the same result... How do I find out what version I have?

I have the same problem too, despite deleting and re-installing it many times.

my Iphone software is v 3.1.2

The only times we have seen this blankness issue come up is with a poor connection.

We are currently doing a lot of work on some updates which will help with poor connections, but in the meantime you can try using a different connection method (Wifi, or 3G), or perhaps a different start location?

So far I have been able to have Sparkle working ONLY in wi-fi. Which makes it mostly useless because wherever I have a wi-fi connection, I usually have my laptop and can log directly in second life.
But I know now that it works... hoping the next update will allow me to use it in 3G.

i have just bought the app cause it sounded terrific but....same problem for me grrrrrr..... I use a 3G connection , iPhone software 3.1.3 (7E18)

Could you try the following things?

1. Try on a Wifi connection, if that works, then the 3G signal may be too weak in that location to connect.

2. Try logging into a different location/sim, or with a different account if you have one.

3. Try logging into SL from your PC with the same account. If Linden Lab has updated the Terms of Service, then you need to log in and agree to the new terms before Sparkle IM will work.

4. Try re-installing Sparkle IM.

I am finding I cannot use Sparkle IM on my iPhone, I have tried all the options above, including re-installing the App, but I am getting told this is no longer available

I had the same thing happen, Mistress. It disappeared from my phone and went I went to reinstall I keep getting "no longer available". Adam, what gives??

I'm told it's no longer available as well! It disappeared from my iPhone overnight somehow and I tried to DL it again and got the message "no longer available"! What gives?

i cant download sparkle im at all as i now have os 4.2 on my iphone dose anyone know if sparkle im is going to be updated to os 4.2 at all ..??

I just downloaded sparkle IM and I cannot add an account. When I clock on the settings button on the main menu and no buttons pop up. I have to exit the app and nothing ever changes. I'm on an iPhone 3GS and running 4.1 and I'm unlocked and jailbroken but using wifi reply to me at shadow--blaster@hotmail.com thanks!!!
