CSV Data Upload Issue

Hi,

I am a new user. I have being trying to upload a csv file - but this has been pending for more than 6 hours. NOt sure if there is an error in the file I am uploading. One that I tried yesterday I faced no issues.

Please advice. Thanks.

Hi,

Usually when it gets stuck pending it means there was some error processing. I would just try uploading it again. Let me know if that doenst work.

Hi, tried this several times- with different files / file size / content. Even downloaded a csv file from a current accepted data set and changed the data and tried uploading again. Still doesn't work.

Feels as if I have been blocked out somehow ! Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Ok. Odd, go ahead and send me the file you cant upload to support@geoiq.com and Ill take a look.

There was an issue with our processing. It should be resolved and working now.

I'm having this exact problem over the last day. Small dataset, 530 KB is stuck on uploading with no progress. Using Firefox and uploading a .csv file.

Hi David,

Are you still having this problem? I dont see a site wide issue. Try reuploading it and if it is still not processing, can you send it to support@geoiq.com.
