“Can only be applied by people with a Management Seat” option for Categories is not working properly

Hi there! I'm Tom from Automatic, and I'm having a problem with the Categories functionality. Despite having turned on the "Can only be applied by people with a Management Seat" option, several of our users have been able to associate their posts with our FAQ Category. I've left them associated for now, so you can check it out.  Here's a screenshot of what I see under the options for Automatic FAQs.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to close the loop here - we finally pushed out a fix for this today! The category will still appear as a selectable option in Engage Widgets, but when chosen it wont actually get applied.
