Can only delete some products.

When I look at the list of products for my company, only some of them (not all of them) have a "delete" option. Unfortunately, a platform I used to develop quite a few of these products went under shortly after I listed them on Get Satisfaction, so I'd like to clear them away to avoid clutter. What do I need to do to make "delete" available for these others?

I'm also unable to remove product/services labels.

Could I have this label deleted? Any idea when the bug related to this issue will be fixed?

This has been triaged and will be addressed, but we don't have an ETA commitment for this fix yet. I know it is annoying to have to ask for a super admin to assist.

I have the same problem. We'd like to delete our "Ragelands" product but there is no delete link. How do I get it deleted?

I've gone ahead and deleted the Ragelands product for you. If you need products deleted in the future, just ask a question in the community & one of our employees will get right on it! :)

We're also having this issue (community.quickoffice.com). We have some products that have been discontinued and I'd like to remove them.

There's no "delete/remove" option!

Only some of my products have a delete option and I want to delete one of the products that only has the edit option.

I go into Admin and under "Management in the sidebar, I click on "Products & Services" but only 4/13 products give me the option to delete.

Please advise.

Hi Courtney,

I'm sorry for any frustration, but we have run into a few bugs with product removal. Our tech team is currently working on a solution. In the meantime, I can remove any products you'd like from my end. If you tell me which ones you'd like to delete, I'll do that now!

Hi everyone,

We released a fix for this bug this evening. Admins should now be able to log into the "Products & Services" page in the admin section and delete products as needed. Please let us know if you run into any trouble at all by starting a new topic in the community.

Unfortunately not. The reason why it (product deletions) wasn't taken care of earlier was because it (along with a few other bugs, ahem, reply pagination) required quite a bit of work to be done on our databases before we could release fixes. Once the database work was completed it was a relatively quick bug fix to slip into the engineer's sprints. Changing the URLs is actually a feature request, since it's not fixing broken functionality, and has to go through the full product scoping/ requirements process. (AKA: less easy to slip into a sprint)

There are 2 older ideas in the community that are related to this: one is "Under Consideration" and the other doesn't have a status yet. I'll have product take a look at them again to see if they can give any sort of update.
