I have a customer who is using Firefox and is having trouble logging in. She also uses the IE tab extension. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Here's what she sees:

Hey Kristen,

Yeah, it definitely looks like that extension is affecting the log in flow. :( We actually don't do any testing with extensions since there are so many different ones out there. Is there any way she can disable the plugin or use a different browser? Sorry for the trouble!

Ah, that makes sense. We were able to figure it out for her. Thanks!

Hello. The Em Client forum is based on your product. The login feature fails with Firefox, I had to use IE instead.
This sounds like a known issue, FYI I'm not using the IE tab extension as reported above but I'm using the Tab Mix extension though

Philippe, Firefox is currently up,to version 52, and 7.0 is nearly six years old.

It does not have the support for the later versions of SSL/TLS that GetSatisfaction now require, and this may be your problem.

Is there any reason that you are on such an old version of Firefox, and yet have Windows 10?

Can you update to the latest version of Firefox (or at least one later than version 23) and see if that fixes things for you?

Hi Richard

You need third-party cookies enabled to use GetSatisfaction.

Both these browsers disable by default this usually undesirable option.
