Can you please put in some reasonable character limits for subject lines?

We get a lot of non high-tech users who use the subject line to write their entire question/feedback. Here's an example:

Seems like this could be pretty easily prevented by putting a character limit on the subject line. Having these long, rambling subject lines are not at all helpful to other forum visitors and end up showing up under suggested topics when users see suggested topics.

This is especially true sine we have a lot of users coming to our forums on phones and ipods. GetSatisfaction is not very mobile-friendly for these devices and the easier it is to access concise and accurate information the better.

- 140 character limit for posting topics via the web application has been released.

- 140 character limit for posting topics via Engage widgets has been released.

- 140 character limit for posting topics via Facebook application has been released.

The new version of our mobile app, which will also have a 140 character limit, is currently in beta. I will mark this idea as "implemented" once the new mobile app is generally available with this feature.
