Has anyone used CAS to implement SSO to GetSatisfaction? Our portal supports CAS, but it's difficult to customize the login screen to support the post-login redirects.

Hi clewis. You may want to ask this question over in our Developer's Community as well.

Interesting question! I haven't used CAS myself.

Have you looked at using another page where you know you will have the credential information (User email, name, unique ID) that could come after the login landing page? Could you add a redirect? I feel like the root issue is around the post-login landing page being hard to customize. But if you knew you could get the user to a page with the FastPass script later, there could be a work around that way.

The tricky part is in the "Sign Over" flow, when a user signs in using your FastPass site from within the community. For sign over to work, it needs to be very obvious what the user needs to do to be logged in.

I hope those ideas help!
