Roland is the exemplary community manager we all wish we could be - he's friendly, helpful, and smart as a whip. He's asked other community managers for insight into their workflow with Get Satisfaction, he's helped us with prioritizing feature requests in a well-documented, enthusiastic-yet-reasonable way, and he's an all-around superstar in both this community and Mozilla Messaging. MM peeps, you've got a treasure on your hands!
Speaking of treasures: our own champion Paul Tracy is fantastic. He's always helpful here in the Get Satisfaction community. We've even adapted one of his answers (I call it our "wrong wai!" reply) for people who wander into this community looking for help with other products. It's a great example of how giving your champs moderation tools can help immeasurably to curate and develop your community.
