Can you please help take this member and her question out of the Community Members area on the front page? It got stuck there for quite a while even though we got new members joined the forum?

KamaniE (a customer)
just suggested an idea:
non-owners using WM resorts

The community is WMSPChampion and the user name is [personal information redacted].

Thanks.

Hi there,

I see what you mean about the user being featured on your community's home page. I'm going to share this with the rest of our support team to see what can be done about this. Thank you for your patience and someone will follow up with you soon!

Hey there!

I just spent some time with one of our engineers and it seems that the reason why this person's profile is showing up is because they've posted a high volume of content in the community. Unfortunately, we're not able to manually force the profile off of the community's homepage. :( You are correct in that it's not updating properly, so I've filed a bug for that, and will keep you posted. Sorry for the frustrations!

Hi both,
Is it possible to at least take the link to her post away (non-owners using WM resorts)? We have temporarily banned her and are trying to work with her frustration offline. However, her recent post has created a number of misunderstanding to other community members.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Apivut,

I'm checking with our engineering team. I noticed the topic has been both archived and removed by your team, so now I'm really confused as to why it's showing up. So sorry! I'll see what we can do & keep you updated.

Great news! After digging into the database we were able to figure out a way to get the topic out of that spot for you. Refresh your community homepage to see! :)

Its been 12 months but I think we too have the same problem.

Our community members area on front page is not getting refreshed. A particular post which is a month old is showing up. There has been so many posts in last one month but this particular community member still is seen on our Community Members area.

Please help.

Hey there,

You're correct, the community members page doesn't refresh properly at this time. We've decided to remove that section in the new version of our app, and you can already see that it is gone on our mobile version. Unfortunately, since we don't plan on bringing this feature over to our new app, we won't be fixing the refresh bug. Sorry for this issue and the inconvenience!

Hi Stephanie,

When is the new version expected to be live? I understand from what you stated above the new version wouldn't have this section at all.

Regards,
Team Jabong

Hi Jabong,

The new version is actually live on mobile for iPhone and Android right now. There isn't a set date for the desktop version but we're aiming for it to be available sometime this summer.
