We are an open source project: CiviCRM - http://civicrm.org/ and wondering if getsatisfaction gives a free license like Atlassian?

We have quite a few interactions on our current forums (75+ posts / day) and a fairly busy IRC channel

After a quick email exchange with Josh Morris from sales, the answer is: they dont have a free license for open source projects but are open to discounting for non-profit orgs

A bit wierd that they were not using their own software to answer the question but wanted to do a sales call :)

Hey there! We were just trying to give you a more personalized service. When we get questions like these, typically no one project is the same, so we will usually reach out personally to find out more information. Sorry if you felt like we were trying to push a sales call. :)

We do have an option to create a free community, but the feature set is limited. As you mentioned above, we do also offer discounts for non-profit organizations. Here's a link to the sign up page for free communities if you want to try one out: https://billing.getsatisfaction.com/c...
