Engage Widget wont display created question in my discussions

Using the widget we've created a discussion (question), it appears in the main community website, however it is not displayed in User Topics / "my discussions" on the widget itself.

Tashina, the widget is located in a customers only portal.
Any change you can you check whether there is a delay in presenting topics in this section of the widget?

Its important for us to be able to filter created discussions on the widget as part of our none-urgent support coverage.

Seems we if the item appears after 10m or so after refresh of widget / page.
maybe we should convert this to a feature request for when using widget to ask a question for the item to appear on the "my discussion" section as soon as its posted and when the user returns to main widget frame - it will give well anticipated confidence that the item was actually logged into the system.

we'll examine user behavior in the coming weeks and report back as / if needed.
